After being approached by Peterborough Investment Partnership, on the recommendation of Hilton Worldwide as being a trusted partner, the potential of this site became quickly apparent.

Continuing the revitalisation of the city centre, the hotel will offer 160 bedrooms, five flexible function rooms, a state of the art Hilton Fitness Centre, and a riverside restaurant and bar. The roof top Sky Bar that crowns the hotel will provide unparalleled views, including the River Nene and nearby Peterborough Cathedral, and will establish the hotel as a social destination in its own right.

As the sixth fastest growing city in 2018, The Hilton Garden Inn perfectly aligns with Peterborough’s ambitious plans and is the luxury hotel the city required to serve its growing number of business visitors. Propiteer are also developing an adjacent 100 apartments on the site to help accommodate the increasing population.

Work officially began on the Peterborough Hilton Garden Inn in summer 2020, with the hotel due to open in early 2023.
