The new, upscale hotel will be ideally located on the stunning waterfront and it will include a number of suites, all of which will provide the best rooms in the city. The top floor will feature beautiful panoramic views of The Sound from the popular sky bar, and it will include a modern restaurant with a spacious outdoor terrace. The hotel will also be accompanied by 142 apartments and luxury penthouses.

Site planning is scheduled for 2023, and the hotel is estimated to open in 2025.
